Restoring Hope Financial Assistance

COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE

Community Financial Assistance
Restoring Hope Ministry provides short-term financial assistance to individuals and families experiencing an unexpected emergency or financial crisis. Our goal is to help households maintain essential services while providing support and resources that encourage greater financial stability.
Qualifying hardships may include loss of employment, reduction in work hours or income, an unexpected health crisis, necessary vehicle repairs, or another documented emergency that has significantly affected the household’s ability to meet basic needs.

Assistance Available

Financial assistance is limited to eligible electricity, water, or gas utility expenses. Clients may also receive:
– Budget counseling and financial guidance
– Food assistance through Restoring Hope Ministry
– Referrals to additional community resources when appropriate
Please note: Utility assistance is available only when there is no disconnection notice.

Documentation Required

Applicants must provide documentation demonstrating the emergency, hardship, or financial need that resulted in the request for assistance. Eligibility is determined based on the household’s circumstances, available documentation, service area, and availability of program funds.

Community Financial Assistance is available to eligible households residing in:
